Emiliano Sala - Nantes is who I want in.
Otherwise have complete faith in El Pel and his targets.
Personally I only want a replacement for up front an all out goal scoring machine. Rather the big money be spent in Summer.

Can those in the know contribute their knowledge to predicted Ins and Outs.

‘No Sala ?
He sounds familiar

Agree if a player like this came up it would be useful to ease them in over the rest of the season so they are ready when we ditch Carroll when his contract is up.
Major buys should be in the summer and we should be starting to line them up now.
Two full backs and a couple of quality central midfielders, please.

Exwhuemployee said the following on his radio show last night

Nasri likely to sign on and potentially for reduced wages too

Interest in bradley dack confirmed but unless they're willing to let him go for free or very cheap it wont happen so that 90% done quote from jinxed is wrong

Pellegrini wants Gary Medel in as cover at RB and CDM

I see that Gary Medel link. I recall him having an excellent world cup in 2014 and then he went o Cardiff (which I thought was odd). Then he has been at Besiktas where, by all accounts, playing really well.

Seems to be a sensible transfer as with Fredericks out it will give Zaba cover and as he can also play at CDM so he comes in to provide the back up there we have lost with Sanchez.

I doubt it will be a mega money deal. So as far as squad reinforcement goes for me this is a no brainer.

Reports saying Nasri now to agree £60k PW deal.

I have also seen a few rumours about us being in large for Inter striker Gabriel Barbosa. Looks decent and only 22. Can't hold down starting place at Inter so they are looking to cash in. 19m Euro's apparently.

GABIGOL was awful at Inter.
Not strong enough for the PL.

Really? I looked him up on Youtube. Mistake LOL.

I know he'd been out on loan but is only young. Will take your knowledge on it over Youtube clips.

Re: The Official January Transfer thread
He’s undoubtedly got the talent, maybe Inter just wasn’t right for him - like Coutinho.
Would deffo be an interesting signing.

Like the chat about Medel though.

Re: The Official January Transfer thread
Medel was shocking at Cardiff, however wasn't he playing more central midfield back then?

Eggbert Nobacon 12:21 Thu Dec 20
Re: The Official January Transfer thread
can'#t have been that shocking if he then went to Inter Milan and played over 100 games for them in the next 3 years?

Re: The Official January Transfer thread
I follow Beskitas a bit because of a couple Canadians in their squad.

They are a club in a bit of a tailspin. Bottled it a home in their last Europa league game when they should have qualified. Not paying staff.

So I am sure they would love us to take Medel. (Wolves are supposed to be in for Pepe after they cancelled his contract.)

Shocking grasp of the English language right there, are you a French Canadian ? or just very simple ?

Ha. Probably need to read it again, mate.

(See, I did it again: in conversational English, people often drop pronouns and other commonly used parts of speech, if they can be determined through context. Your first post is another example)

But overall you made a "joke" and I responded with another. It is what we do here.

It was a bade move for him. Great world cup and then signed by a pony team. But as Eggbert said; 100 games in 3 years at Inter. Can't be bad. Not sure why he ended up at Besiktas tho??

They were Turkish Champions and in the Champions League so they gave some fairly big contracts to a few new signings.

Him, Negrado and Pepe at least, think a couple more maybe.

Luka Jovic from Frankfurt. Only 20, looks strong, quick and good on the ball. Scored 17 in 20 odd appearances so far. Works well with the other strikers they have there.
